Driving Around & Finding a Lake

While we are waiting for me to get a social security number or a call from my agent, we are very bored! Hanging out with Celt’s parents is fine but after a few days we need to get out and do our own thing.
So went for a drive towards the mountains in Northern California. We also checked out some areas in case we would want to live there but nothing really appealed to me.
We ended up finding a little camping site by a lake. We paid the $7 fee to get in for the day and drove to the beach which we enjoyed for a while. The water wasn’t very cold so I put my feet in it. We didn’t have our bathing suits (and no sunscreen either!) since this wasn’t planned at all but we still made the best of it. I have to admit that this lake really made me want to go for an open water swim like I used to do when I was training for Ironman triathlons!
We also hung out in the woods to eat a snack and that’s where we took this photo. I was trying to show major cleavage but I don’t think it really worked out LOL
