Food Feast & Ultimate Fighting Championship

You will not believe this but there was actually some sun today in Quebec! After 3 weeks of rain, the big fire ball finally decided to show itself! I am glad I was there for the occasion!
For lunch today we bought some fresh corn on the cob! I love to eat that in the summer when I am in Quebec, it is a real treat and feels like a food feast. They had a crappy season for corn on the cob this year so it is more expensive than usual. We bought 2 dozens for $16 and I ate 4 of them myself. It was SOOOOO good!
In the evening we had dinner with friends and I pigged out on the dessert! Oh well I just can’t resist a good pie with custard! After we got back at my brother’s house we watched the Ultimate Fighting Championship on TV. The main event was the current title holder George St-Pierre (who is from Montreal) against Jon Fitch. And it was freaking awesome! What a great fight! After seeing the fight I think I have a crush on George St-Pierre! LOL He is pretty hot! David Beckham is still number one on my list though! Needless to say though, nobody tops Celt in my eyes! (He doesn’t read my diary so I don’t need to say that, it is just the truth).
