Our Thanksgiving Dinner

Celt’s job really suck when it comes to holidays because he usually has to work on all of them. So since he is working on Thanksgiving day next week, we decided to make ours today.
Celt spent all day cooking the turkey and other dishes while I was at a doctor’s appointment. We invited a friend of Celt from work and he brought a friend of his. Both of them were so nice! I had a ton of fun with him and her all evening. I really want to see them again in the future.
Anyway, dinner was awesome. I even found my serving dishes for the occasion, in a box in the garage. We had just moved it from Quebec so I wasn’t sure I would find the one box they were in among everything else in the garage! But I did!
We drank a lot (a lot for me is 3 drinks) but Celt really won the prize for who drank the most! And funny enough, he might be hung over tomorrow but it won’t be that bad considering how much he drank tonight! LOL He does tolerate his booze pretty good! He is Scottish after all! We consciously had the dinner today because we don’t have to run tomorrow. We knew after drinking we would not have been able to run anyway the day after. Smart cookies we are huh?
