We haven’t been to the gym since we left for Florida so that’s the first thing we did today. We lifted some weights but didn’t do any cardio. They say you are supposed to rest for 26 days after running a marathon so I am not going to break a sweat in the first 7 days, that’s for sure! I am really enjoying the shorter work-outs!
Throughout the day I studied my text book to try to catch up on what I didn’t do in Florida for my online class. I want to take the first quiz this weekend!
I had a photo shoot planned for Sunday but I got an email that it is canceled. He had his days wrong though and I told him that so maybe he won’t cancel it afterward… We will see. I booked another photo shoot for Celt on Saturday and the photographer asked to move it to Sunday which is fine since mine is now probably canceled.
I was nervous to shoot with somebody new so I started dieting this morning in hope to loose a couple pounds by Sunday. Now that my shoot is canceled, I dropped the diet and pigged out! I don’t know what is going on with me! I can’t stop eating. I am going to let myself eat whatever for a few days and then put a stop to it. I am not running 30 miles a week anymore so I am going to get real big real fast if I pig out all the time! LOL And we don’t want that do we? Or should I change my site for a BBW niche? (Stands for Big Beautiful Woman for those who don’t know). *wink*
