We got really lucky because Celt didn’t have to work today and since it was his birthday that was a very good thing indeed.

I have been buying some gifts for Celt’s birthday tomorrow. Originally I was going to have a custom frame made of the Disney marathon pictures I bought from the company who takes pictures of everyone during races. The pictures are nice and I was going to have the medal put in the center of the pics.
Well, that kind of custom work is apparently super expensive as I was quoted over $700 for it! So needless to say I had to go with plan B ; I bought some frames and put the pictures in it myself. Ah sometimes (well most of the times) I wish I was rich so I could do what ever the hell I want. Now because of money I always have to compromise…

Even though Celt’s birthday is on the 28th, I didn’t want to wait to take him out to dinner because he might have to work and go out of town on his birthday.
So the two of us went out to a real nice restaurant called Jeff Ruby’s Steak House. Obviously I didn’t follow my diet today. I made it one of those flex days that I can do twice a week. I am not really supposed to pig out on those days but I was celebrating Celt’s birthday so I wasn’t going to have just salad at the restaurant! And I am glad I didn’t because all the food we had was just divine! Steak tartare, filet mignon, seared tuna, scalloped potatoes, mushroom caps, some wine and of course desert, we had key lime pie. Oh man, it was so incredibly good!

I am so tired! I am so stressed, I am so down, I am so happy. Arghhh, I just want to be normal and not have so many mood swings! I can go through one extreme to another during a day sometimes. And it is not PMS cause I am in that time of the month right now. So what the hell? I had another nutty day today and then I was so done. That’s it I am not going to freak out and be stressed about anything ever again! I think I am going to try to find me a psychologist, maybe that would help me, I have nothing to lose anyway.
I had school tonight. I enjoy going to school for some reason. This semester I am taking a psychology class online and a math class at school once a week. The math class has been easy so far because we are doing stuff I did last semester in the remedial math class I was in. The psychology class is going well too. Last weekend I took 2 other quizzes and got 20/20 on each and I also took a test on the last 3 chapters and got 100% on it. I was happy with that. All quizzes and tests are multiple choice so that is much easier. I am dreading having to write a paper for that class next month though! Yuk!

I started my Nutri-System diet today. It is going very well so far and I am actually enjoying being forced to eat a lot more vegetables. I used to eat a lot of it but then got too busy and never took the time to cook any of the green stuff anymore.
The food I got is ok. It doesn’t taste anything like Celt’s cooking but more like some of the frozen dinners you can buy. But hey if that helps me loose weight, I am not going to complain about the taste right?! LOL

I am not really good at accessorizing my outfits. Well, I am not even good at putting outfits together either for that matter! Anyway, today I bought some cheap jewelery that will look good in photoshoots I think. I don’t do that enough, I wish I had more time to plan shoots and outfits, etc.
Finally I received my Nutri-System food which I will start eating tomorrow! Tonight I did one last binge on ice cream and chocolate. I can’t wait to loose some weight because I am pretty disgusted with myself right now! I only want to loose about 11 pounds but on a 5’4 tall women even 5 pounds is A LOT! That is the difference between looking good or looking chunky! LOL

I think I forgot to keep you guys updated on my progresses with school!
Last week I took another Psychology quiz and test. I got 20/20 for the quiz and 98% for the test. I was happy with that although my mistake was just language barrier (I thought I knew what the word meant, but I was wrong!)
Now I am working on another 3 chapters. I took the first quiz this week and got 18/20. I wasn’t thrilled with that score but it is still and “A” so I shouldn’t complain (that’s just the perfectionist in me).
Tonight I finished my math homework due on next Monday’s class. I am looking forward to the class just to see what the hot little bitches are wearing this time! Today is the day Celt and I celebrated Valentine’s day since he was working on the 14th.
