This is a holiday that Celt loves to celebrate! As you must know from his name, he is part Irish and Scottish so he takes this day seriously and we both wore green today for the occasion.
We had a few appointments and one of them was at the Immigration office. Just to bring you up to date, I was at the final stage of the Immigration process and just had to get the conditions removed to get my permanent residency in the US. Unfortunately it appears they never got our last package and because of that thought we had abandoned the case and therefore sent me a rejection letter. So we asked the agent today what we can do about that and there seems to only be a few options. Refile or ask to have the case reopen. Both options cost a bunch of money so we are not real happy with any of it. Arghhh.
Celt made the traditional St-Patrick’s day meal today which is corn beef and cabbage. It was so good, seriously to die for. I am really lucky because Celt loves to cook and everything he makes is very tasty. I only “cook” when he is away. My cooking mostly consists of reheating things or making grilled cheese. I can cook but I don’t like it and I don’t have time for it either.
