No Gym & Diet

Our gym membership expired last Monday. We couldn’t go work out anyway because we had family over for a week. Now that they are gone I really want to go back to the gym. I was doing pretty good with my 1/2 marathon training but now I am afraid I have lost some ground since I haven’t worked out since last Sunday.

I also started a diet with my girlfriend 12 days ago. I told her what to eat and said I would do it with her. I have been doing really good so far and lost 4.5 pounds. I feel so much better now! I still would like to loose some more though but I am starting to crave sweets so I am guessing my weight loss will be slowing down for a while until I take care of my cravings… by eating the craved sweets! lol
